Chronic Fatigue Syndrome

Chronic fatigue syndrome is one among the complicated disorder characterized by extreme fatigue. This type of fatigue may worsen the physical or mental activity and doesn’t seems to improve with rest.

This condition is also known as systemic exertion intolerance disease (SEID) OR myalgic encephalomyelitis (ME).

The absolute cause for the chronic diseases is still unknown, but the reason may vary ranging from viral infections to psychological stress.

The symptoms of this diseases include,
  • Fatigue
  • Loss of memory or concentration
  • Sore throat
  • Enlarged lymph nodes in your neck or armpits
  • Unexplained muscle or joint pain
  • Headaches
  • Unrefreshing sleep
  • Extreme exhaustion lasting more than 24 hours after physical or mental exercise
