Five things to know about chronic illness

  • Mental part is as hard as the physical part

As most of us know chronic illness patients are both physically and mentally affected due to the stress created by the diseases.

  • Relationships change

It is hard to be a good employee or good friend or partner due to the lack of energy in the body.

  • Everyone offers you advice

Everyone offers their own advice like yoga, meditation, essential oils, acupuncture, CBD oil, vaping, prayer, bone broth and the less fat diet.

  • Educate yourself — and everyone else

We must inform the neighbors, family members and the colleagues at the workplace since it would be highly helpful during the critical solution.

  • Support is everything

Chronic illness is lonely, so families moral support is highly essential to overcome the cruel phase.

Neonatal Lupus: Get to know more

As many of us wonder neonatal lupus is one of the uncommon autoimmune diseases produced mainly because of the cutaneous lupus lesions or congenital heart block. Neonatal Lupus is one of the congenital disorders in which the baby develops the red rashes over the skin or eruption.

This is usually caused by the transfer of lupus causing antibodies from the mother to infant through placenta.

Generally, the diseases caused by lupus are of 4 types,

  1. Systemic Lupus erythematosus
  2. Cutaneous Lupus erythematosus
  3. Drug-induced lupus erythematosus
  4. Neonatal Lupus.

People with lupus can die due to the infections that are related to the immune-suppression drugs that are generally administered to overcome the diseases or at the certain rare cases they may lead to the cardiovascular diseases which will affect the adults at the early 20s.
