Diabetes and Nut Consumption:


New researches support the people with type 2 diabetes to eat nuts to prevent cardiovascular issues and premature death.

Nuts usually have essential nutrients that could benefit in the betterment of health.

Usually nuts contain high level of unsaturated fatty acids, fibre, vitamin E, folate, and minerals.
The latest researches suggest that consumptions of nuts may reduce the risk of chronic diseases.



Type 2 diabetes and nut consumption

Type 2 Diabetes is the chronic condition in which the body metabolizes the glucose which is the primary source of fuel. Possible complications may include kidney damage and cardiovascular disease.

Boosting up the intake of nuts.

The research proved that intake of nuts greatly reduced the chances of cardiovascular diseases in the patient diabetes.
Almonds, macadamias, pistachios, walnuts, and cashews were found to lower the risk of type 2 diabetes.

Mental Health: Depression


In rare cases physical problems can cause depression but predominantly symptoms of depression are the part of more complex psychiatric problem. The major different types of depression includes,

  • Major depressive disorder
  • Chronic depression and dysthymia
  • Seasonal affective disorder
  • Psychotic depression
  • Bipolar depression.

1.Major Depression

The victim who is found to have major depression feels the long-lasting sense of hopelessness and despair. It is usually characterized by the symptoms that interfere with work, study, sleep and eat.


2.Dysthmia
This is one of the less severe forms of depression, but this found to be existed over the long period of time and the patients found to be completely unhappy.

3.Psychotic depression.
It has been estimated that more than 25% of the people who are supposed to admit in the hospitals are suffering from psychotic depression. These peoples are more frequently found to have hallucinations and delusions.

4.Depressive disorder with seasonal patterns.
This type of depression usually recurs at the same time every time. Usually in the starting in the fall or winter or early summer. It is just little bit more than the winter blues or cabin fever.

What causes depression?
Unfortunately, there is no one cause for the depression it ma be also due to the factors such as biology, emotional and the environmental factors.
